Your dog is no longer a puppy, yet everyday life can still feel chaotic at times. Energy levels are high, attention comes and goes, and many things suddenly seem more important than you. This transitional phase between puppyhood and adolescence is often underestimated, but it plays a crucial role in your dog’s further development.

The Youngster – Young & Wild course is designed for dogs who have outgrown puppyhood but are not yet ready for the adolescent dog course. At this stage, the focus is less on introducing new challenges and more on consolidating existing skills, strengthening the relationship, and building reliable orientation.

In a calm, structured environment, we combine bonding exercises, playful learning, and essential foundations for future training. Familiar cues are reinforced, attention and responsiveness are developed step by step, and early impulses are guided in a controlled way. When appropriate, we include carefully supervised free-play phases so dogs can socialize without becoming overexcited.

The emphasis is on cooperation and clarity in everyday life. You will learn how to provide your dog with orientation even when distractions increase and how to grow into a more stable, connected team.

Topics covered in the course include:

• Developing and strengthening orientation toward the handler
•  Promoting attention and concentration
• Playfully reinforcing first cues
• Initial exercises for impulse control
• Thoughtfully supervised social interactions

You will learn to guide your dog clearly and calmly, better assess their needs, and stay connected even in lively situations.
